Pricing

1. Prices are all in Australian Dollars and include GST (Unless stated Otherwise)
2. Retail prices are recommendations only.
3. Prices, specifications, etc are subject to change without notice
4. Orders
1. Orders under $200 including GST will incur an administration fee of $5.00 including GST
2. It is agreed that the placing of an order is your acceptance of these trading terms.
Orders may be placed by phone, website, fax, e-mail, and shopping cart from our website or direct with our agents or representatives.
3. Forward orders i.e. stock ordered in May for July delivery will be treated as an original order.
5. Supply
1. Every effort will be made to dispatch your order (subject to stock availability) within a few days (allowing extra time at seasonal peak times), however, to ensure that urgent orders are supplied urgently - please ensure the 'urgent' portion of your order is marked accordingly. An express handling fee plus express delivery fees may apply to urgent orders.
2. Back orders will be despatched with your next order unless advised by you otherwise.
6. Deliveries & Charges
   With the current fuel situation freight is a continually changing service. It is Gro 'n' Flo's intention to have your order delivered to you at the cheapest possible rate and to help us achieve this goal we currently have four contracted freight/courier companies, as well as Australia Post that we use. We endeavour to choose the best and cheapest possible rate for you.
1. For Brisbane metropolitan areas, north to Caboolture Township, west to Ipswich, south to Beenleigh and Browns Plains - a delivery fee of $10.00 including GST will apply for all orders irrespective of value*(plus any other applicable fees and charges)(see 4A,5A,6D). Subject to change
2. • Toowoomba/Gatton metropolitan.
   • Gold Coast metropolitan, south to Tweed Heads.
   • Sunshine Coast metropolitan, north to Noosa.
   A delivery fee of $12.50 including GST will apply for all orders irrespective of value. *(Plus any other applicable fees and charges - see 4A, 5A, 6D). Subject to change.
3. All areas outside beyond or between the above metropolitan areas, freight will be charged on your invoice at the rate of our contracted carriers charges (including any surcharges e.g. remote area or undeliverable fees). If you nominate your own door to door freight service, billed direct to you, upon advising us of your carrier you accept all associated costs including local courier charges if necessary.
4. Items that are determined by Gro 'n' Flo as bulky or heavy will incur an extra delivery charge applicable to the item. E.g. Ponds, Rolls of Pond Liner, Bales of Fiber, Basket Stands, some Water Features, Large Figurines, some Bulky Wire Products etc.
5. Archer Bulk Ship orders are treated as a separate order. These are to be a minimum of $330 including GST, of available products, and currently are delivered direct to most clients for a subsidized freight charge of only $11.00 including GST. (Exclusions may apply)
7. Payment Terms
   
   Initial orders are strictly proforma. After a completed credit application has been submitted and approved, all accounts are to be paid within the agreed payment terms. An overdue account service fee will be charged on overdue accounts calculated at the rate of 2.5% per month until paid in full.
   
   To apply for account with Gro 'n' Flo you are required to complete and return to us a credit application. Please call us and we will email, fax or post you one.
8. Payments
   
   We accept cheques, direct deposits to our bank account as well as Visa, Master Card, and Bankcard. After processing a payment, we do not keep record of your credit card details; therefore you will need to provide these details each time a credit card payment is made.
9. Ownership
   
   Gro 'n' Flo shall remain the legal beneficial owner of all goods supplied and the ownership of goods supplied shall not pass to the buyer, until payment in full has been received by Gro 'n' Flo. All costs of the recovery of unpaid accounts shall be borne by the buyer. Risk in the goods of whatever nature, shall pass to the buyer or their agent upon taking possession of such goods.
   
   Gro 'n' Flo or its agents shall be entitled, upon default, to enter the buyers' property to recover the stock in question.
10. Claims & Returns
    
    Any and all claims for shortage or damage must be made within 3 working days of receipt.
    
    In the event of 'damaged in transit' goods, any receiver's signature required by freight companies must be accompanied by a notation of damage or at least notes 'subject to check'.
    
    A minimum 10% restocking fee will apply on any goods that Gro 'n' Flo agrees to accept for return. Return approval and instructions must be obtained, before goods are returned, freight paid.
    
    Goods that have been ordered as especially manufactured, cut, or changed can not be returned for credit unless faulty.
12. Warranties
    
    All items returned must be accompanied with proof of purchase, and a statement of reason for return.No action can be taken until items are received at Gro 'n' Flo.
    
    Gro 'n' Flo reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty part(s) at its discretion.
    
    Credit will only be considered if the product is:
    1. Saleable (must be a complete unit);
    2. Broken on arrival (claims to be made within 3 working days of delivery);
    3. Within specified warranty period, but cannot be repaired or replaced.
    All products under warranty are to be returned freight paid to Gro 'n' Flo, on receipt of which the claim can be assessed. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of product only.Only Items with a stated manufactured warranty are covered by a warranty.
